The interface in the top left is the player's speedometer.
In Resuffer: Down the Rabbit Hole, one of the core mechanics is the player's speed.
Over the course of a level, the player's speed will increase, both making the game more difficult but also allowing the player to unlock new levels of the Rabbit Hole.
